I am running them in my rb25 right now (my stock ones went out on me).. They just simply replace your stock coilpacks.

been proven to be no better than brand new stock coils, just new instead of 15 year old crust and heat.good alternative if yours are getting weak.

Actually, they've proven to have issues that are not present when running the stock coil packs. Run the stockers or completely swap over to a different coil system.

Misfires.

wtf are you talking about?rb motors are coil on plug, there are NO plug wires.and fyi bosch platinum plugs are absolute CRAP, every motor that ive seen with them ive pulled them out and put the correct plug and it runs better.

NGK BKR6ES - Pre gapped to 0.8mm, on 25's gap down to 0.66mm and you'll have no probs on std cools to well over 600rwhp.Less than $5 each also

FYI the splitfire coils take longer to charge... therfore you do the maths on what this does at the discharge. :P

Im running splitfire coil packs, I didn't notice a difference, just figure that its better than the old ones which sat near a dock in Japan for 4 years after being used for 6. I would like to hear the story of how someone would know that they were misfiring? All I know is I've had my setup dyno'd with stock coil packs, then with splitfires, and the guy who tuned my SAFC2 Air/Fuel ratio with a wideband o2 said it was much easier when I went to splitfires because the Air/fuel mixture was more consistant. I figure that consistancy is due to proper ignition, because that is the only thing I changed.

He made about 3x more power than you did. How can you not know if your car is misfiring? He already said he went back to stock coils and the misfiring stopped.

Not saying that he didn't get a bad set though.
