Not sure if anyone else has seen this but the videos are interesting. Feel free to comment and discuss because, well, that's what we do here and why it's not posted in the MM thread.

This is the perfect place for this video.

It reminds me of the DC PBS TV, they run these videos of guys dressed up like the founding fathers being interviewed by school children. It was neat. The other night Thomas Jefferson and Napoleon (I realize he is not a founding father) were on being interviewed about relations between France and the the USA.

So did I...kinda scary really. My wife and I as well as you and yours will end up paying out a small fortune for the very likely possibility that we'll get nothing in return. Why am I not responsible enough to take care of my own future?

Big thanks for this one. I've sent it to a host of people already. Nice find!

I plan on implementing the 'English Only' protocol immediately...now I wish I didn't use online bill pay so much.

Yeah, that video is another good one.

My favorite part is probably the diversity part since I recently graduated from a university that heavily harps on diversity. Yes, diversity is good as people are exposed to different cultures and such; however, it doesn't really do anything as people from different cultures flock and stick with other people from their own culture/ethnic background/race and really works against the goal of diversity.

This is true. Every time someone talks politics to me and brings up racism, I get labelled a racist because I like to quote Theodore Roosevelt:

"Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all."-Theodore Roosevelt January 03, 1919

No one really wants equality. They want elevated above everyone else.

You don't hear of someone who is British American, Finnish American, French American (or American French maybe?), or anything like that about people from European countries. They're all Americans, but they're of British, Finnish, French ancestry, or what have you. The only race that really uses itself with American is African American. Ask yourself, why is that? We don't use Chinese American, Hispanic American, Japanese American, or even Arab American. Some people may, but as a country we don't really all that much.

Again, ask yourself why that is and then think about why we harp on diversity in this day of age while at the same time we label everything.

Labels are self-imposed and then reinforced by the far left under the concept of political correctness. If everyone was equal, most of their power that they have over the limp-wristed sheep that call themselves liberal voters would be gone.

True conservatives don't care about race/racism. It's only the liberals that ever bring it up, as a ploy for votes and power. A tool to twist the yuppy's mind to their will to help them push their nanny laws into creation to further their agenda of destroying America by helping it move farther from the land of promise that it was founded upon.

The racial labels are destroying America, it's true. But in an under handed way. It's not the rednecks in white hoods hiding in the woods of rural America. It's by the liberals and their representing politicians pushing these labels and treating the minorities like they're helpless children by giving all these social programs to boost their numbers and power.

But are these kinds of labels really self-imposed? An immigrant doesn't come to this country wanting to be called Japanese-American or Mexican-American, they want to be Americans. They may want to keep their heritage as that is what defines them but to self-impose a label on themselves? Think about it first.

I remember the first time I mentioned Savage in this forum, and I think it was the first time he was ever mentioned here, and I got chased after haha. Now I see him mentioned more and more.

They keep their heritage by being who they are and passing on what they know to later generations. And later generations are always going to be curious about who they are where they came from. History will never die. Hell, I'm Irish-German all the way back in my family. I've studied up on both sides. If the next generation has little to no interest in their heritage that's on them.

Do away with all of the inequalities and social programs we have built into our democracy and we'll make things equal. College funds for minorities should be gone, special permanent welfare considerations should be gone, affirmative action should be gone...remove the labels! Remove the option for other languages in manuals and on our phone lines! Remove the labels! Do not separate the census by race anymore, just gender. Do away with the boxes on all applications that label what race you are. America is a melting pot. Let it be so.

I thought people moved to America for a new start, a new beginning, a new life...new opportunity. That's why this great country was created. Not to reap the rewards of capitalism and cling desperately to your past.

I've been a Savage fan for years btw. I do not agree with everything he says, mainly the cannabis legalization part. But on the truly important stuff regarding liberty, nation and security, he basically speaks for me.

And therefore be an American. To an immigrant, being an American is more than just being and residing in America.
