Of course, you pick the one weekend I'm going away. I forgot to tell you my gt, I had some pretty intense races tonight. Add me up: Southpaw Stig

Sounds fun. Also sounds like I need to pick up the game again and get a decent car or two.

Yeah, I never got around to playing Forza last weekend. During my downtime I was busy seeing Cloverfield twice.

By now you should have at least 100 other cars to race. Or enough credits to buy another one.

I do. I just don't want to race in any of the others.

I really like it although it has 1 MAJOR flaw IMO. When you are in a race (FWIW No free roaming racing game I've ever played has done this well) there is no indicator to tell you what turns you need to hit to get to your destination. Only a tiny azz compass only updates after you miss a turn. It's annoying as f***.

I think I would like that. I used to hate ALL arcade racing games, but now Burnout is the only one I like. I hate games that tell you where to go with a giant arrow in the middle of the screen. I guess you'll just have to learn the map noob.

Haha, I'm exactly the opposite. I don't want to be stuck trying to figure out which way the track is supposed to go, I want to race. Show me which turn is "the track" or I'm outta there.

Exactly! So many times in that game I have to let off the gas, pause the game, consult the map for the next turn, and then resume. That goes against everything burnout stands for. It's supposed to be balls to the wall, pedal to the metal, full throttle racing. If I wanted to be constantly consulting a map for where the race is, I'll be a codriver.
