This slave/master cylinder combo look legit?

I'm not sure which is going out on my car but I think I'll just replace them both to be done with it. My clutch fluid keeps turning black every few months. And sometimes my pedal will stay halfway down when I change gears....I have to pull it up all the way then it goes back to normal. Also, it's not engaging until the pedal's almost all the way out. It used to engage when the pedal was just barely off the floor, now I have to pull it all the way out.

Does that sound like a slave/master cylinder problem? Do these 2 look oem and like a good deal on ebay? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...h=005

I bought a OEM set off e-bay two weeks ago--they work great. That one doesn't say it s oem- Probably ok
