Well Lets see.

21,000 = ride4,500 = music1,800= rims700 = hood750= veilside wing1,800 = veilside bodykit3,000 = paint job and installation450 = Rancing seats60= nismo seat belts100= racing magen seat brackets100= rear wheel spacers150 = graphics + 220 installation4000= supercharger600 = supercharger installation

just this equals to 39,980

and still 1,000.00 more to go and probably end up getting new rims for the summer with a wider lip.

Still what needs to be done.

I need to purchase the Tuner kit for the super charger that includes the TurboX Utec and to get my Computer reprogram and Tune my car on the dyno

I took it to the shop, I didn't want to mess with it, i wanted the professionals to deal with it. I need it someone to blame just in case something goes wrong

Well basically all I'm looking for is 400hp, with the right tunes and fuel management i should be around that range.

a built engine is kinda a waste on a SC car, none of the sc's can make enough hp to be a real danger to the engine, you didn't say what SC kkit you got butmost of them max otu at around 400 whp, and you can buy a 350Z already built for far less, I found one with over 600 whp for 30k, 2 in the mid 500's for mid 20's, and a few north of 400 for 20k ish, so you're spengin 40k to build a car worth maybe 25k? and it's worth less every day

it's the sad painful truth, cars are money holes, they depreciate in value, any mods or repairs generally do not return their investment, I know i have more money in all my cars than they are worth, and they just keep sucking more money into them

He will be very lucky to get more of the value that he put into that car.

I grew up knowing a story about this neighborhood kid spent a lot of money and time into his truck. In time he could not sell it for amount he put into it, ended up selling the car slightly under amount he paid for the truck.

I still see people put money in their cars and whats worst is they expect that it will pay off when someone buys it.

Modifying a car is like a contract to yourself, you mod it knowing there is no return. The engine blows up... you crash the car...so on. It's a money pit. But never expect that someday someone will pay the price you did. Never.

You should of saved up the GTR if you wanted it, not put a SC in a z33.

From what you are saying, it's counter intuitive logic.

Only luck your redeemer.

Mine and Evil's breath are being wasted here.

Well done, I hope you can spend the most time enjoying your car and your efforts into it. And keeping out of your mind the poisonous vision that someday you own a GTR because of that .

Good luck.

good for you. Although that body kit is not popular, when done right it's sick But hey we all have our own preferences, I just get amused when people out of nowhere post comments like this.

I tell you something man , i'm a z lover and by spending my money on my car, for me i don't think i'm making a bad investment, i will be the one driving it down the road and that is all the matters.

Good luck out there and drive safe.

This is a Vortech v2 supercharger and i'm not trying to kill my self putting a lot of horse power on my car, second my car is all paid off and i'm not trying to damage the engine, specially on stock internals. With 400hp on stock internals i should be fine. I've always dream to have a car show ride and here it is.

Putting money on an old car i could understand that is not that worse it , unless is a RX7 1993 up and Supra 1993 up and R33 skyline, other than that my car is in great shape only 26,000 and is always confused with 07 being 04, i'm not trying to sale my car i'm trying to enjoy it. No disrespect on the old cars comment because i use to have several z's back them.

What about an R32? the 92's and 93's had the better motor in them that didn't have the issues with the oil pump and the crank (all to my knowledge, someone correct me if i am wrong). I like the look of the R32's better than the R33's, personally. Nonetheless your project is really neat, and if you ever decide you want to SC a friends car, i'm always up for charity parts!
