Well, in 10 minutes i'm leaving on a 4 hour drive. Last night it snowed 27cm's and today its already snowed 35cms. Most highways are closed, due to 0% visibility. I'm going with my friend back to Saskatoon, SK. He was a final exam to write tomorrow, and i'm going up for company.

So, if i don't make it back, you know what happened :)

Keep it slow?! What choice does he have in a damned 240. 2urd40 speed is subject to the velocity gained while covering the distance between ones arse and the toilet water. :toilet That's not very much distance with which to gain speed unless you s*** standing up. Damned 240!

I was under the impression that he was going with someone and wasnt taking the 240!If he is ill start praying now. 240 + snow = ditch/guardrail clutter  Ive had 2 friends of mine eat it in slipery conditions.

"driving fast + snow = stoney"

damnt mayhem , i saw that ......

for the record the offical invesigation that pulled the skidmarks from the crash said i was traveling 37.7 mph ,where the limit is 35. the method for coming up with this speed according to security forces was devloped by the univerity of south floirda where im sure they took into account for ice and sub zero temperatures ,skid marks were left by a stuuded snow tire (mine werent studded ) .even if they were mine, security forces did not ask me imputs i made into the car to try to avoid crashing , such as accelerateing ,makeing the car perform a drifting type manuver makeing the skidmarks longer than one that would have just hit the brakes. only thing reckless i did was pass the guy that waved me by and that was conucted in second gear and under 25 mph . this is where they got me for reckless/irresponible driveing , evidentaly it is a no passing zone , there is no marking on the road backing it up but oh well ....i was happy they dropped it from street raceing , fought for 2 weeks to get that dropped , and on the 3rd ill be allowed to drive , decided to accept the administaive action to end the whole thing

alltho mayhem i belive you mean , if someone drives fast in the snow they will end up looking like me ...didnt you ????

blink , dont go dude its not worth it , let him call you a female sex organ at least you will be safe ....

ballz , dude im laughing so hard im crying , i think you need to come up with the formula to dermine the maxim velocity aciveable by a turd on its way into the porcelin toumb of Mr Thomas Crapper

LMAO - Good one, Mayhem.

Dees - I think terminal velocity (from a far greater height than the "standing s***" position) is somewhere around 70 mph (which is about 10 mph faster than the top speed of a stock 240).

Well... I made it home alright :)

I was supposed to leave saskatoon at 2pm on friday, but we didn't leave until 10:30am saturday.... the roads are horrible. Shortly after we left (an hour or so) the roads got shut down.

At some points, we had to drive 60km an hour because we couldn't see anything.... and patches of ice were very common.

But still, i'm glad i made it home OK :)
