We'll all be wiring up or messing around with the wiring for our RB20 or RB26's soon, so here is some info for them. I just want to consolidate all of the bits and pieces into something useful!

Ecu pinout: rb20det eccs control unit pin layout.

Here is full wiring diagrams for the RB20DET and it's the same exact as the RB26DETT as well. It is a zip file.

That's actually the RB25DET wire schematic, I think the link is here: http://meggala.com/R32wiring.zip

Thanks! I just realized that and was fixing it but you beat me to it.

Wiring schematic for RB20DET is here:

No, the RB20DET and RB26DETT wiring diagrams are not the same. One of the differences that I saw was that the 26 injectors are powered through a resistor array whereas the 20's injectors are wired straight to the battery.

Megalla's site says they are, and I believe him. Maybe they use different resistance injectors, but rest should be same.

Yes the rb26 has a resistor pack setup because they are low impedance injectors.

So for the rb20 eccs (r32) there is no oil pressure sensor?

My rb20 has an oil pressure sensor on the block, but I cant find the plug that plugs into it. Also does anyone have a diagram of how the harness should plug into the sensors on the engine? And does anyone have a vacuum diagram for the rb20? I bought a motor swap and have no clue where these hoses go.

If anyone has done this swap in the philly area please drop me an e-mail... [email protected] Thanks.

There is a pressure switch/sensor on the block with 2 wires. Since the KA gauge cluster has no pressure gauge, I just spliced the wire for the switch to the wire that goes to the gauge cluster low oil pressure light. That wire is obviously the same as the one that plugs into the KA oil pressure switch, and is located in the lower harness.
