Exatcly what conversioning must i do to the core support to get the head light to fit correctly?

There isn't really much that you need to do, well support wise at least. At least not compared to the S13 to S15 conversion. The headlights will, well, I hate to say they'll fit, because they won't, but besides a little cutting and drilling, they'll fit in good.
