Sky, I just HAD to give this its own thread...

If 170 hp makes it a "monster", I wonder what they'd call my 300hp? Or better yet, Aries' 400+?

Power windows? Central door locks? Memory seats? Foldable mirrors? All stock Honduh shizz.

Clocked at 170?

We all know that power does not equal high speed pulls, gearing does. She must have some sort of aftermarket transmission, and probably a 6 speed at that to reach 170. Which I highly doubt.

Overall... I give this article a 3...... out of 1000.

That makes me smile. :) One of the funnier things I've seen today, and more good press for something that isn't a Nissan(it's our little secrect, why should we share?)

i thought my screename got hijacked when i first saw this thread.

but anyhow.it does make me mad. the writer, the owner, the car itself is questionable170hp in a hatch ain't too shabby (if that's what it really has)but how the hell do you clock 170mph? on the salt flats!? (i credit my friend with that last remark)not to mention the owner is clueless--obviously

170HP and 170 MPH. So we should all be able to figure our top speeds without going to the flats? Cool.

The jdm b16 was rated at 170 hp at the flywheel. With a few bolt-ons, it could be up to 170 @ the wheels. But 170 mph. lol. :rotfl:
