He won't be able to use OE rod bearings since he's going with aftermarket rods. Anyways, a shop can easily mic up the bearing thickness and order the bearings from ACL or where-ever they order through. Personally, if the crank wasn't damaged much, I would consider having it turned and using undersized bearings.
