me and my friend was trying to get my fog light out yesterday to put in some hid's but we couldn't and today when i come out side someone stole one of my fog lights a new one cost 70 bucks from the junk yard even on ebay they are like 50 plus shipping

It would seem he needs something to put the HID Bulb into.
