This is ridiculous! Headlight woes

Well one of my headlight bulbs has gone out and upon doing my research it turns out that I have to remove the whole front bumper just to replace a freaking headlight bulb! Is there any simpler way of doing this?

pretty sure you can get to it through the wheel well. take the lining out of your way and you should be able to get to it.
