Good luck bro!! And remember...it is all a game. I was trying not to laugh when the TI's were yelling. The say some funny ****. Thew basic premise is for them to tear you down as an individual and raise you up as a team. I actually miss basic training. It was pretty fun. I made some good friends

Good luck man! My bro said OTS was a cake walk in the Air Force... so I imagine basic for enlisted types can't be that bad either.

What type of assginment are you going to be heading into... any idea yet?

Dude seriously I went to basic in June/July timeframe. That 7 mile march absolutely killed me. It was liek 100 plus degrees. I was past the point of sweating, I just had the shivers. But other than that it is cake. Some peopel have a rough time. It is sometimes a rough adjustment to go from doing your own thing to being told what to do by somone who is yelling all the time

My brother went into the AF 10+ years ago, decided to be a Meteorologist. He's still there, loving it. You'll do GREAT.

One tip don't ask for an assignment in Hawaii, he did and got sent to the DMZ, they're both in the Pacific Rim, they said.
