its on the intake tubing coming from side mount to throttle body. first sr swap and we dont know what it is. but is it safe to remove. and will it affect anything.

Looks like a intake resonator (muffler for the intake), I'd say remove it.

Looks like someone rewelded the neck on the radiator...look nasty.

Just buy anything ECU, used
