I have been a member of this forum for some time now. I have also been an owner of my Maxima for 4 yrs. I have always been putting it off till now. Here is a picture of my car after getting hit while pulling backwards out of my house. I have a blindspot while pulling out of my drive way and I did not see the truck and got hit. I did not get ticket or anything for the wreck. It is the situation that I pay for mine and you pay for yours. Here was what my car looks like now. Does this car look like it can be fixed? I is at the body shop right now.

Yeah the car is at the body shop in that picture. The guy has quoted me $750 to get the bumper and that metal bar behind it from the junkyard and then will paint it. The is also going to touch up my front bumper for me.

o man. should've posted earlier - we would've saved you the $750 by telling you to pick up a junkyard bumper cover.

good that the damage is not very serious.

yeah true. My dad was telling me that if we had time to work on it then we would have bought a stretcher and pulled the trunk back into to spot. The rear quarter panel is one piece with the roof. So I had to drop it off to the body shop. Yeah I do understand your point, if it was only the bumper that was damaged then I would have went to the junkyard to fix it.
