Well, I have to say goodbye (for now...). My wife and I are moving to Canada in 8 weeks, and I decided I needed to give up my '95 Q. I lurked more than anything around here, but this place has been the best car-specific forum I've seen. My G50 owning days are NOT over, especially if I find a half-way decent one once we are established in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada.

Luckily, my Q went to a good home, my youngest brother, who will take better care of the Q than I managed to I am sure. He has a '95 turbo Miata with nice coilovers, and decided he needed a second vehicle that wasn't so harsh for around town, and long drives.

Anyway, I'll be back some day, hopefully sooner rather than later, and I won't be able to help but lurk now and again in the meantime, especially keeping up with various turbo and 5 speed projects

Take care all.

Do come back.

After a winter there I wonder if your next ride will be a snowcat?

Oh, and send your brother over.

Already sent him over, though I don't know if he has registered here yet.

Actually, I think my first vehicle purchase in the great white north will be a late 80's, 4 door Toyota Hi-Lux (I think they call it a Hi-Lux in Canada...). They look awesome, and I can taunt my cousin's boyfriend with it the way he taunts me with his Sig 1911.

You live in Santa Barbara? My grandfather lives there, I go there all the time. Wanna trade houses?

ROFL!!

I love bacon.com? Nice!!!

Once a Q owner, always a Q owner. Owning a Q45 is something that will be permanently ingrained in your mind... I think i'd have a better chance of forgetting my name than I would have forgetting owning this stupid car..

"my name is...... uhhhh..... well i had this Q45...."

Oh, yes, I'll be back. My wife just rolled her eyes when I said I'll have another Q, little does she know....

And SpartanAir, if you want my little studio apartment, its all yours. You can be in the ghetto on Milpas St. We just had another gang stabbing less than a block away last week!
