The breed is "Gypsy Vanner" used to pull those houses on wheels/caravans.

They're cool, but they have nothing on the Freisian:

Oooh, good call! I saw the pic was taken in England and immediately thought Shire horse when I saw the feathered fetlocks but it didn't look nearly big enough.
