The trouble with banning is at this point it's somewhat useless, he's posted his "ads" and he's more than linkely never gonna show his face again.

It might be worthwhile to change any email addy he has in his profile, so he doesn't get and direct response?? Or maybe better yet, flood him with some SPAM .
