Tommorow I am going to weld in my oil return bung. I am confused about where to place it I have searched and read different things so this is what I got out of it if anyone could just give me a yes or no that would be perfect. My plans are to just put the bung right in front of the 2nd bolt(or the one everyone puts the oil bung in front of) where there is just enough room for me to get a 1/4" dr 10mm socket in their to loosen or tighten it. Also as close to the top as i can get it. Is it possible for the bung to be to high? Please someone tell me if i am right. Thanks in advanced sorry for such a stupid question but this part confuses me the most. Please dont tell me to search I have already done that and I will keep searching to try to find the answer.

Yes you got the right idea. No the bung needs to be high as possible to prevent oil from backing up from the pan.

Quote from Ivan(He builds KA turbo motors)weld on with the center of the bung on the drivers side of the pan exactly 6" back from the front body of the pan (not the flange) and 7/8" from the underside of the top rail. You will find it to be pretty close to the spot weld that holds the windage tray in place.

If you follow this measurement it covers that bolt hole that I mention in the document. That is why I took the pictures to show you you can move it slightly to avoid the pan bolt hole and the AC bracket.

Hope this helps and good luck on your KAT.
