So I'm trying to sell a complete car.. he offers me 5 for it, i'm like.. i dunno i can maybe do $550 without the sound system extra crap.. he then says no he already has a 93 240sx and just needs bumper and both fenders.. I'm like okay.. he says he'll give me $200 for them and come pick it up tomorrow. So I ask him half a dozen times if he's sure cause I dont want to be taking it apart to begin with.. but need the money. I get the parts off after rolling around on the floor and taking bolts off for about 3-4 hours going slow cause it was windy... he calls at 4 and hangs up. I try him back and no answer.. and no answer online either... this is what he has to say:

i'm pissed as hell cause now i have to spend 3-4 hours putting all that stuff back on the car! everyone steer clear of this guy...

-__- I hate dead-beats. I asked him like 20 million times if he was positive he wanted them and he said yes. So I went ahead and started tearing them apart. Started around 1230 and finished at 3. He called at 4 and hung up.. i tried calling him back and got nothing but an IM finally at 9pm!

I am gonna part this car out, i already got some parts on ebay .. just be careful of this guy.. he's a waste of time. A real wanker

Sucks to the max, but what if YOU were on the buying side and found a complete car for 200 bucks? I know it's messed up, but how could ANYONE pass up a complete car for that little? I'm not saying he's not FOS, but if he IS telling the truth, then what can you do?

But if you need the cash and are willing to ship, I know a few people who could use fenders. (Before you throw them back on.) Let me know.

Already starte to part out sale. drivers side fender gone, gauge cluster gone. I doubt he found a shell for 200 bro.. 89 shells with some rust go for at least 400 on ebay... I just dont see 200 anywhere... I'm calling bs. Either way.. he shouldn't have told me to take the stuff of the car 12 times if he wasn't sure. What a waste of time!

I don't know about that. A few years ago I found a shell 91-93 Fastback for $300. I would have taken it, but I didn't have a place to put it, and didn't have the money to buy an engine for it at the time. Found it in the middle of nowhere while looking for a trunk latch for a Civic.
