This error code is driving me nuts

Anyone familiar i can't seem to figure it out whats causing this code to show up. I read somewhere it can be a loose fuel cap. I removed the code and it still came back on within 3 days. Its definitely not the fuel cap. P0443 EVAP Canister Purge Control Solenoid or Valve Faulty.

If I'm not mistaken there is a TSB out for this problem. The evap canister valve will hang some times. There is an updated part available. I've gotten the code a few times, but it always goes away, so I've never bothered replacing the valve myself.
