I dont' see a problem with it... as long as it fits, it's good to go... I don't see the point in buying something really expensive to do such an easy job.. unless one gets hotter than the other?

No.. that looks like a copy of the Megan's Racing downpipe.

$5 says that thing will rust, develop a hole, or crack in 6-12 months.
