third stoplight replacement- 2003 Sentra
How the heck do you access the bulb for the 3rd stoplight to replace it on a 2003 Nissan Sentra GXE? Can't find any was under the deck to unbolt/detach it. I've tried to remove the rear plastic cover. but it does not come off easily and I didn't want to force it. I'm completely stumped. HELP PLEASE!! Thank you!

Have you tried to twist the bulb, then pull it out. If all else fails, download the Factory Service Manual. The link is under my signature.

The problem is I can't get to the bulb! The back of the light ***'y is encased plastic, and I can't figure out how to get past that to the actual lamp.

I've just gone thru the Sentra FSM and I've found wiring info and the like, but no info on how to take things apart. Am I looking in thie right places???
