third brake light rattle

Have a Kicker SB L5 in the trunk what is the trick to stopping the rattle of the third brake light off the window?

between the trim and the metal decklid, place some thin foam to absorb vibrations and use a ziptie to hold it down.

Not sure i follow you? Pics? I believe you are saying push foam between the light frame,glass and carpet?

Any inst on removal of the deck? and what is getting ziptied.? Prject tomorrow i guess.

place thin bit of foam between shelf and metal body panel, and tie them together tightly so that there isnt separation and the shelf doesn't elevate with vibrations and cause the brake light to vibrate against the glass.In picture words, thin foam between big thing on the left and big thing on the right, then tie big thing from left together with big thing from right to keep motion minimal.
