Thinking of importing a Rogue from the US into Canada?

FYI

When I brought my Rogue to the dealer in August for regular service, the guy at the service counter told me that the vehicle has a valid warranty in Canada. 3 years/ 36000 miles, or something like that.

This was after he made a couple calls, and it was on his own volition (as I was already convinced I had no Canadian warranty and was no longer even curious about it).

I was very surprised to say the least, but certainly will not argue the point with them.

Was geared to purchase a rogue this week in mtl but think importing it may be a good idea; has anyone gone through this process recently..?

I am not sure you are going to get a lot from doing that, change rate is not good enough and you will have to live in imperial measurements.

If you want a cheap good Rogue with few kilometers on it, I am thinking of selling mine to get a smaller car. PM me for details if you are interested.
