Thinking of going down to TN to buy a car

Hey all, I'm in MA here and all the 240's are rust buckets from hell

I'm thinking of traveling down to the TN area since I see a lot of Zenki S14's down there for cheaper than what it is up for up here.

But I'm kind of worried that if I call up dealers/private people in that area they won't even believe me for coming down ~10 hours to see a 15 year old car.

Is it a good idea to do this?

I wouldn't recomend it....I went to kentucky to buy a ka-t s14. I skipped school, drove 8 hours there, drove the car, drove 8 hours back. The car was like 10 minutes away from blowing up.....

if you get a good clean and a deal, why not. but if it's a bad one, that would just suck. It's like taking a chance or biting a bullet. good luck.
