I have a 95 S14 and it has 252K on the chassis. I am thinking of changing out the suspension but don't have the money to do a coilover setup. what is the best suspension setup that is non coilover for the S14. I was thinking the Tokico D-Specs with Tein S Techs but the Stechs seem to be getting bad reviews. This is my Daily Driver but I do like to drift it and run it hard in the twisties on occassion and I am think of doing some track time in the summer so i need a good solid setup that I don't have to worry about having to change out after a year or 2. I have the stock 15" wheels and thats the wheels that will be staying on it for a while due to my funds going towards other aspects of my car (building up a KA-T setup and need a diff)

Also I could use some pictures of before and after so i can get an idea of how much the look will change.

my friend has eibach pro kit springs on tokico d-spec struts, and I gotta say that I love his setup. I've thought about ditching my coilovers for it. The drop isn't too much, the ride is very livable and it still handles great. he also has suspension technique sway bars. I had tein s-techs way back as my first lowering springs and I was never happy with them. the drop looked weird to me (way too much in back, not enough up front), and they were too soft for my liking. also good choice on the tokico d-specs, they are way better than AGX's

I have pro-kit. kyb gr2' and suspension techniques sway bars and the ride is practical for daily driving. The drop is very subtle. If I could do it over I would have gotten some better struts like koni sports.

after change can't find a before right now

I have heard that RSR race springs with koni sport shock is a pretty nice spring and strut combo. The RSRs have a linear spring rate opposed to the proggressive spring rate of the pro-kit.
