2k? that's hachi roku prices...

But in all seriousness, not too hard I'd imagine, considering it was offered as an option along w/the fj20e and fj20et in Japan. But, 2k, man..

I a freind sellin his for either $250, or a pair of S14 seats. The engine needs to be replaced, but the car looks decent. Heres a link to more info... http://www.carolinanissans.com...=2129

I feel for your freind but that's minibar prices! The S12 is a solid car, it feels suprisingly heavy for it's size but a tough little car, highly reccomended

Good car. Very rare and fun to drive. We have a guy here in AZ that swapped a dohc KA into his.

Price is a little steep...I'd only pay $2k if it was in mint condition, with some major work or maybe a ca18det swap

But S12's are pretty bad.

I'd like to get an S12 as a commuter, although I might be falling bass-ackward into a Hachiroku in a couple weeks here, so then again maybe not.

For $2k it had better be SHOWROOM nice. NO rust, GREAT paint, PERFECT interior, etc...

ae86 is perhaps a better option. At little over a ton vs the 3000+ lbs for the s12. From what I hear too, the s12's rear IRS is not the best, and perhaps not even comparable to the hachi's.
