Hello,
So im new to the whole forum concept. As a matter of fact, this might be the first forums i ever participated in. As a eager car enthusiast, and more specifically the s13 series, i am interested in learning more about these cars. Unfortunetly i have yet to find a resonable looking s13. Thus, has lead to me lower my standards and find one and possibly fix it up to running conditions.
I recently came across a s13 on craigslist and just needed an opinion, based on the information given.
Here is the link: Craigslist: 1989 Nissan 240sx Hatchback http://lasvegas.craigslist.org/cto/3859935401.html
I also had a couple of questions as well. The seller said the car needed a couple parts. Just an estimate, how much would those parts run me?
Also, they said they would lower the price to $2000. Is this a reasonable price or should i try to.negotiate lower?
Thanks for the help everyone!

i'd say thats pretty decent for an s13 with a rebuilt motor.... just needs a new paint job. If theres no rust on the frame then i'd say 2,000 isnt bad, maybe a tiny bit too high, but price-wise its hard to tell these days. people think they can sell stock s13's for 12 grand (no joke). just make sure it runs correctly. good luck and welcome to the forum :bigthumb:

edit: new intake tube and maf can cost like 70-120$ i think. i just bought a WHOLE OEM intake off ebay (for an s14) for about 150.
