I dont think it would look too bad, id say yellow is my second favorite color for a Z and whites my first. Ive seen white ones that are murdered out and they dont look too bad. i wouldnt make them as dark all get out but tinted would look sweet. Good luck!

I think it would look good. Check your local laws first. It's illegal were I live to have smoked tail lights and the cops really enforce it.

yeah i live in ohio, the only good part about the state is there is pretty much no laws against mods. We have no inspection, smog test or any of that. the only thing they complain about is window tint. We are allowed to even spraypaint our back window and rear side windows, but the fronts are only allowed a 35% and winshield is i think 80%, but most go with 20% and get away with it on seasonal cars like mine. Lights arnt a problem Im even allowed to black out the headlights but im not going that far lol

i think it'd look pretty sweet just check your local laws. nothing is worse than trying to get that stuff off your tails, if you use nightshade oe something similar to that.

i dont know why i didnt think of that, if anyone brousing this forum has some spare time and photoshop i would appreciate it if they could help me out on seeing what the lights would look like blacked out before i make the commitment. I tryed it on paint but lets just say it didnt go so well and we'll leave it at that
heres a couple pics so you have a couple options on which would be easier to do and what not.

I don't see why its such a hard decision to make. If you're considering it do it, if you don't like it, either undo it or just trade someone for stock ones that aren't tinted and if your lucky maybe they'll add cash.

I like it personally.....

Previos owner did mine, he even did the rear turn signals, which I rarely ever see done, but I think it goes with the tails really well.

Looking pretty good! Haha if the garage was in the same position as the last set of pictures I'd have said you went out and bought photoshop lol

The light yellow and the dark contrast of the tails looks good, but it makes the wheels stand out like crazy... I'd paint the wheels black as well. (some people call painting wheels ricey, but I like the look of it, plus its like 10-15$ for materials)

I present yet another s*** mspaint work of ART

Try finding either an oem s2000 antenna or agency power 350z antenna online, prices aren't that bad at all. Especially if you can find one used
