Hello all, my first post. I have been thinking of a Q50, probably a pre-owned Premium with Leather. As much as I would like some other features there are some that I do not want that are part of packages. What I want is a sun/moon roof, leather. I would like Satellite radio but I believe I need to have many more options that I do not want to get it, maybe I can get this done after market, not sure.

I have read about the issues with the Steer by wire and wonder if they are resolved and if this steering issues was just in these models as I am not looking for that option?

Also have heard there are some electronic issues with the radio.

Any info is appreciated.

The "Deluxe Touring Package" adds the adaptive steering. If the car isn't equipped with electronic tilt, then it doesn't have that package or the drive by wire system.

Most of the Intouch issues have been corrected with recent updates.

You can get a Q50 premium and have everything you want. Just stay away from the Deluxe Touring.

I have not seen a way to get a car without adding all three packages. Not may be moot for '15 but maybe not for '16. Would it have to be a special order!
