I've been debating about selling my Versa. My last car was a 98 240sx and I kind of miss driving rear wheel drive. I don't miss driving an old car though. I've been looking at the current G35 Sedan. What do you guys think? I posted my car to see what kind of interest is out there.

The G35 is a phenominal car, first or second gen. Around this time next year I plan on replacing my G20 with either a new TSX or G35. For my taste, the fuel economy and size of the TSX (not to mention standard level of equipment) make it the leader right now - but it's front wheel drive.

My dad purchased a left-over new '06 G35 w/ sport package at the end of last year...my parents were pleased with all the unexpected visits they received from me after that.

It's a great combination of luxury and sport, and the VQ engine is world class. Publications like Car & Driver would make you think it lacks so much refinement compared to a 3-series, but some of the writers just don't want to let go of the Bimmer's "superiority". To their credit, the G35 did win one comparo with a BMW included, but only because the G set the price range and they had to settle with a lesser engine in the 3 series that round.

It's provides a very taut ride without being too harsh, and man can that thing get up and go. The exhause note is beautiful, too.

My only reservation is fuel economy - not the money, but just the wastefulness of getting ~18 MPG in town when I'm the only occupant 95% of the time.

wow, shame to see it going. I probably would be all over it if it were a 6spd. GL man. I miss the V, but I have been thinking about getting a new 5 spd IS250. We will see what happens.

Good luck getting 16,200 for that V. I bought mine similarly equipped new (no ABS which retails at $250) for 16,400... But if you do, seriously, more power to you

WHOA I missed the price. Yea that is really high. I would rather pick one up at the dealer for that price and get some incentives along with it. GL man.
