Thinking about going 5 lug. Which hubs do I use?

K Im plannying on do Q45 Brakes and rotors. But I what hubs should I use? Ichiba Front & Rear 5 Lug Hub Conversion Kit or go with Circuit Sports hubs? Also what rear rotors would I have to use?

Also off this topic but 300z from calipers bolt onto the stock hubs right?
