I have a '91 240sx with 120k right now that is in mint condition. I love the car but I hate driving it hard for fear of breaking something. I have never had any problems, but I feel that I am beginning to push my luck with the miles adding on. I’ve been telling myself that my next car will be new (or close to new) so I can drive it hard on occasion and maybe auto-x it a few times without having much to worry about.
But....I found a beautiful '91 300ZX twinturbo with 99k for sale today. The car has been fully service by the local Nissan dealer and the car just pasted Maryland emissions with flying colors. The car is completely stock.
I guess my question is how reliable are these cars with higher miles? Are there any know problems around this mileage? Thanks.
