Ok just like the title says, its a flood car that I am thinking about buying for a track car. its an older BMW 3 series from the mid 90's. just getting some feed back, if anyone has experience, please post up.

You must go to TWS where I go too for track days. Any flood car will only mean a lot of problems down the road and especially high costs with the Beamer. Be careful on this one. I would be more inclined to buy a body damaged wrecked car for the conversion.

Well the motor has a something wrong with the valve train, and the cost of a newer motor and replacing it seems to be the best route... which is what I would like to do. Yes I go to TWS a lot, whether I am out corner working or driving.

Iwouldn't do it. you don't knoww how rotted the body is or if any water got in and screwed the engine up.

Some stuff came up on the Z car and I wont be able to do this at all... not that i was seriously giving it thought... but it never hurts to get a feel from other's prospectives...
