thinking about boosting...again

so I picked up another ka24de powered s13. I have the majority of the boost parts(i.e. turbo, mani, fmic, oil lines..etc) as of last weekend it has all new top end gaskets and valve seals, rear main, only 380 miles on new clutch, and a month old 3"catback and cat. I checked the compression and it has 175psi all the way across, also only has 100K on entire motor and runs perfect. so if I do this I only want to run 4psi. so has anyone ran that low of boost on a kat out of a t04E? what kinda results did ya get?

If you're only running 4lbs then just do it up. I want to go KA-T but I want to do it the right way with a fresh rebuild and everything nice and clean. I don't have that money so its not going to happen. Good luck.

I know for a fact your going to run more than 4 though, I see a rebuild thread coming shortly.

i just rode in my buddies 400hp sti...

and im doing boost.. (again)

im possibly going to buy an s13 tomorrow, and make some power!!!

4psi on a T4? Go 8 minimum. C'mon.

naa, 4psi with great tuning and water methanol for the little extra will do me good for the summer. I ran 6psi on the old build with zero tuning and 370cc injectors and made a grip of power. soo we'll see, I'm more concerned with suspension right now but I can finish the boost kit for about three hundred bucks. I'm running stock 270cc injectors now so 4psi for me. what kinda spool time has anyone else gotten outta t04e setups? mines an XSPOWER t04e:t4 split tang hot side inlet and 3" V-BAND OUTLET, 3" inlet 2" outlet cold side, I think 48 trim 0.60 a/r.. maybe.. I look later at tech sheet

nope nope, just checked... 57 trim .60 A/R...
