Hello Altima folks. I'm thinking about buying a 2007 Altima SE with the 3.5L v6. I have a few question for ya'll. Is it a reliable car? How come I can't find websites for performance upgrades? Are there any known problems with this car?

Any info will be greatly appreciated.

I don't know about reliability since i only got about 17000 miles on my altima, but for performance, you got the typical selection of exhaust, intake, and a turbo out for the 3.5

I test drove it. It had some balls. Do you guys enjoy it as a daily driver?

Mine has a few too many rattles for my taste (all a function of the stiffer suspension). I was willing to give up comfort for handling because my last car (Accord) drove like a boat, but it might be irritating to some people.

I have 48k on my 07 3.5SL and it is holding up well to my hard driving. I also do like the power (haven't lost a race yet except to a vette who passed me like I was standing still )

I had a few issues but overall it is a great daily car that is comfortable in my 1 hour drive to and from work. I also get 20+ mpg in the city and 26 on the hwy which is not too bad for 270 hp

You have plenty of choices when it comes to changes including springs, exhaust, etc-just do a search on the board
