Think my recirculate button not engaging the flaps

push button light goes on but no boost in air flow and dont hear the flaps any help??

I dont notice air flow increasing when i press recirc.....

I notice a very slight boost in air flow if the AC is on, but I dont think I hear flaps turning.

if actual cabin temp is much higher than set temp,it will already be in recirc. mode as computer puts it there to speed up cool down of cabin temp,and the recirc. light will not be on
