Things that are most likely to break on a Z32 over 100k miles

Im trying to learn as much as i can about my car, and i was wondering what are some things that are known to break or malfunction on a Z32TT with over 100,000 miles. Things i should check out and things that will make my babe run 4eva...

i already did..

Water pumpAll belts (Timing belt with tensioner )Clutch (ACT)Full exhaust (HKS Hi-power with CZP test pipes)PTUSealed the vacuum system ECU diagnostic (all good)Power Steering Control arms Intake (JWT pop charger)Checked out the turbo (looked fine a little play)Spark Plugs (NGK)

And its running ruff. what else should i look at guys???

check the condition of your wiring harness, specifically the injector/coil pack clips
