I'm going to be making some custom endtanks for my 240 and was wondering what's a good thickness to go with? I'm thinking 1/8" will work and still be able to make a 20-30 degree inward slope towards the bottom, because of the frame rails. Anyone see a problem with that thickness?Any input on this is appreciated. Thanks.

Thickness seems about right to me.

Read that article. It's all about intercooler design, fabrication, etc.

That said, 1/8" is about spot on. Any thicker and you start running into heat-soak problems.
