Thick Black wire near MAF wiring?

What is the thick black wire that sticks out of the harness near the MAF wiring?

It's housing a blue wire w/ green stripe. So I'm guessing A/C Stuff?

I believe you are correct, goes to the A/c compressor on CAs.. am I right?

FSM pages EL-104&EL-105 show this to be correct, altho looking at the FSM I'm tempted to say that the RHD wiring diagram in HA-54&HA-55 must be incorrect as it makes no sense to have a relay connecting multiple grounds together, in the case of the 'except for europe' version, I think the wiring around the larger relay is mis-shown. same for the LHD version of the diagram on the previous pages...

basicly that provides power to the compressor to engage the compressor clutch and start doing its thing.
