-Battle Version-JIC-Tein-Kazama-Tanabe-Cusco-(and etc...)

Are they all the same? I was going to pick up all Kazama componets but some of the drifters that I know told me they're all the same and that I shouldn't waste my money on Kazama parts... They go to all the drift day events and most of them run the advance class. Their suspension is mixed up with a lot of different brands and custom stuff. What do you guys think? I tried using the search engine to see if anyone has discussed this topic but I couldn't find it. If there is one, please link me TY.

I don't think there is a large noticeable difference in how they feel. Now that being said though I run all SPL parts and highly recommend them personally. Good prices, great parts, and great service. Triple threat.-)

THere are differences between brands such as type (oval, round, square) and material (alluminum, chromoly, paitned steel) of tubing, as well as the bushings design.

FOr isntance, cusco uses a little dust boot over their heim joint, while other don't..some have permanently lubed fittings (all you lsited should..),

Also, thread design and amterial of the adjustment peice should not be overlooked, zinc/teflon coated alluminum or chromoly is best IMO, since rust/freezing up won't be an issue...

That said, I prefer Cusco or Battle version, SPL makes nice stuff also, but will defer you to Cusco as -the- brand other follow for suspension component design.

as long as you stick to a quality brand you shouldnt encounter any problems. all of the brands you listed are top tier. (except its my personal opinion that JIC is junk). just steer clear of ebay components made out of painted steel, cheap heim joints and hardware store nuts.
