dido, I see plenty of them. Young people driving the Base Models and the Elderly going all out with the SL.bboy_romeo wrote:i see a lot of versa's in my area, its crazy! but mines the only one mod'd from what i know of
I see tons of elderly driving the sedan version, or moms with their kids in the back seat driving the BASE sedan, or S model of the HB. Rarely ever see a fully loaded V.NODES wrote:

Ya see, no C4C program here. I bought my V fully loaded. An Altima is way too big for me. I like smaller cars, and the Versa fit the bill, so I went all out.Versa357 wrote:I don't think you would see too many people buying a fully loaded V with the cash for clunker program. When that was going on there was also a nice rebate going with the more expensive cars like the Altima. So with the 4500 for cash for clunkers plus the rebates you could get a nice altima for around 13,000 which is less then what a fully loaded V would normally cost.I got my V with the cash for clunkers but I only did it to save fuel So I got the 1.6 version. I didn't need all the power options. If I wanted all the bells and whistles and didnt care about gas mileage I would have got a Altima. I love my V and I think part of that is because I didnt't expect much from it.I found out I got more of a car then I thought I was getting.
it must be a East coast thing I guess.iluvmyVersa08 wrote:

Nodes: That is weird that there are no sedans. I see tons of them here, mostly all driven by seniors.
I guess all that stuff doesn't matter to me. It might be because I drive truck for a living. The International I drive at work has cruise control and I don't even use it. I even drive it 500 miles a day. It also has arm rest on both sides of the seat again I dont use them.Even my last car was a f150 xlt with cruise control I didnt use it on there either. I like to feel like I always have control of everything my vehicle is doing.I also think the opposite about getting tired out on long trips.I think the more cozy or comfortable a person gets while driving the more likely they would doze off if they got tired on a long trip. There is a tractor at work that is so darn quiet and comfortable that I have to keep the window down or stop and walk around a bit because it makes me tired.I drive my Versa to Boston at least once a month which is at least a 200mile round trip from here and the seats are just fine for me and the wife. They are alot better then the ones that where in a Hyundai Accent I tried. Those were like sitting on wood.NODES wrote:to me a base model is OK around short trips around town or pizza delivery type business.
On a longer drives the base car will tire you out without seat comfort, armrests or cruise control.
LOL!!!! I Agree with that! I used to have a Hyundai Accent before my Versa. Great on gas, but the seats were VERY uncomfortable. I used to drive an hour each way to school, and it was not a comfortable ride.Versa357 wrote:I drive my Versa to Boston at least once a month which is at least a 200mile round trip from here and the seats are just fine for me and the wife.
