I am definately new to Datsun fuel injection. What is a thermotime switch?

it screws into the lower thermostat housing, it's the trigger for the injector cooling fan

You've got the location right but the function wrong. It sends a signal to the cold start valve when the coolant is below a certain temperature. 35 degrees C if I reall correctly.

Thanks for the welcome. I'm not to familiar with the workings of the ZX or ZXT. Niether of my efi cars have cooling fans.
