follow the bottom radiator hose to where it meets the front cover and you're there.

if you are plannin on changing it out dont forget to bleed your coolant when your done. And you might want to by the Chilton on your car, its like a bible.

the FSM is the bible.

I disagree. Chilton's is more like a piece of used toilet paper than anything else. Fecal matter and all.

Yeah, i find that the chilton's is a real joke. Youd think they could spend a little more time on the installs, instead of (for alternator) 1. disconnect battery 2. remove alternator 3. installation is reverse. I dont even use mine anymore, i find it confuses me more than helps me.

You can get it from the dealer, but it'll cost you as much as a university textbook. Once in a while it pops up on ebay for your year and its a little cheaper there.

I'll get the FSM, chiltons has worked for me thus far, but I only needed it on minor work. I do agree it's pretty vague at times

Funny enough I like the chiltons for the pictures. It is nice to see wireframe designs from the manual but Chiltons is good for actual pictures.

I just get confused when I see the ka facing the wrong way. Oh yeah it is a shared book with altimas ;)
