Where is the thermostat for an '89 240, ka24 E motor... I need to know... Thanks... Peace

it's at the end of the 2nd radiator hose. i can't really explain it but you will have to reach clutch fan area. theres 3 bolts on this metal flange and inside you'll find the thermostat.

I think you have to take off the front cover in order to get it out/replace it. Go pick up a Chilton's/Haynes manual. It'll give a walkthrough for it. takes forever if your inexperienced like me. Good luck though!

damn sounds like a lot of work, me and him skipped school to go put the thermostat in and we couldnt find where it was...so were gunna attempt it again sometime later...
