I was wondering if there is a nismo thermostat for the ca? and if there isnt what year pulsar nx, can I get a thermostat from?

You can get a colder thermostat from advance auto. They have a 160/165° thermo available.

But in answer to your question, I'm not aware of a CA specific NISMO thermosat, but I think I read somewhere that the RB will work.
