Theres a Hole in My Z32 Master Cylinder!!!!!!

I just Installed a Z32 Brake Master Cylinder into my S13 Its for a 1996 TT and its a Tokico and it does not have the size on it. It has this really small hole in between the front and rear brake lines that was plugged with a piece of rubber so I ignored it but when I pressed the peddle the plug fell out and now it squirts brake fluid.

What is this hole for and what do I do with it?
