The human race continues to disappoint.

Most of you know I'm actively involved with the Little League in my town

Fall Ball started this week, we had practice yesterday, and noticed that the yellow protector on the top of our fence was lying on the ground.

Some piece of s*** stole the fence surrounding the field. You could see tire marks where the truck came in and out of the park. Either someone took it for scrap or had a project to do at home. Either way...

Karmas a b****.

Wow. That's ridiculous. Think of the children! People who steal s*** are worthless and deserve to be stabbed in the eye... with a fork.

Wow, just wow...

I never in a million years would expect any one to sleal a fence from a park. I used to live across the street from Branch Brook Park in Newark and never once did some one steal a fence. WTF.

Sorry to hear it bro. I chalk it up to bad parenting and a failed public school system. I'm assuming it was @sshole kids.

Jokes aside, we get all of our money through fundraising and donations, crap like this cuts into funds that should be going towards equipment and clinics.

And at that point, I'd want the yellow crap that goes around the top too. If you're going to steal it, might as well deck out your backyard.

I'm still waiting patiently for my Fall Ball. I thought it would come by now seeing as I have a few hairs down there, but whatever.

Stealing a fence seems like a pretty intense task. I want to know how long it took and what kind of truck they used. Definitely lame.

It wouldn't too terribly difficult with the right equipment. Hell, I used to work at a movie theatre, there was an ATM machine outside the theatre. Some dude's stole it one night with a forklift. People are crazy.

A few years ago at a park with a bunch of baseball fields near where i used to live somebody came in one night and stole several sets of the bleachers. I guess it was for the aluminum .Some people are idiots.

I love this question because I can't find the relevance.

On another note- Think we could get Gerry a uniform and let him play?

Becuse if it was teeball then there would be no point in having a fence but if its a high level then that can decide a homerun or not

first-its not a T-ball field

second- The t ball field has them as well. Idk about you, I would like a fence between me and a 5 year old swinging a 3 ft aluminum bat at a high rate of speed. I've seen those things go flying.

and lastly, its a Little League rule that a fence is in place, for safety as well as boundary lines. As of the past several years they added a yellow topper to help fielders pick up the fence quicker as they field a ball.
