well...

usually i fill my fuel tank to max half tank... to save the weight

but today, i filled the entire tank...

anyways.. after i did it.. the car idled better.. a lot better, and the strangest thing, on wot, it's a hell lot richer !black clouds from the exaust, and the w/b shows ------ on the rich zone, which means richer then 9:1...

it happend before, but i thought something else was wrong...

another thing, when i open the fuel tank, there is almost a whole minute that air is coming out...

what can it be?

i've read it up in the manual and it says something about the cap, or the carbon canister..., well i don't have that canister anymore... what should i consider replacing? the cap and anything else?

thanks !

Tom

The fuelpump usually get help when the level is high, easier to pump. You can also have a crack in the hose between pump and fuel pipe in the tank.

Kinda strange about the rich part but maybe it´s tuned with this problem/crack.

Just a wild guess...
